Consultation - 15 Minute Increments

Service Description

Get 15 minutes of private consult time with accountant regarding any accounting / bookkeeping issue(s) you need assistance with.* Consultation can be by phone, email, FB messaging or zoom call. Additional one-on-one time is available for purchase if needed in 15 minute increments. Any additional time over the 15 minutes will be due immediately upon completion of the consultation. There is a 15 minute minimum for all consultations. Subsequent follow up consultation services will be billed at the same rate in 15 minute increments, unless otherwise noted. Any research needed may or may not be billed at the same rate depending on the complexity of the issue. Accountant will give estimate upon request. In your notes, be sure to note your preferred method of communication (phone, email, FB messaging or zoom). Be sure to include your contact information so we can contact you at the scheduled time. *Note: Not all questions may be answered as there may be questions that are not within the scope of our work and/or qualifications of accountant. Some specific questions / issues may need expertise and outside assistance that we do not provide. We do not represent clients in issues with the IRS or their State Department of Revenue.
